About us

At Lighthouse, we are committed to promoting the concept of fractional ownership by raising awareness of this exciting and innovative form of second home ownership - amongst developers, funders, agents, existing owners and potential buyers.


We provide a range of consultancy and legal services and ‘back office’ functions to the fractional sector, focusing on resorts and high quality individual properties in Europe, the Caribbean, the United States, Canada and Africa.  Where a project requires, we work closely with accountants, marketing consultants, selling agents and foreign lawyers.   


Working with each of our clients on an individual and personal basis, we recognise that the key to a credible and successful fractional product lies in a structure which is clear, easily understood and based on a robust legal framework.
