Hotel room investments

The market for hotel rooms has shown significant growth over the last few years and has become an investment class in it’s own right.  For investors, they can offer a low entry threshold and potentially higher returns than traditional ‘buy to let’ investments.

Hotel room investments are now popular in all the main tourist and business destinations around the world - Western Europe (particularly the UK), Australia, Canada, the United States and Dubai.
