Our Experience

The focus of our service is on providing expert consultancy and management services and bespoke legal structures for owners and developers of high end individual properties and resorts. Our close association with a leading fractional law firm means that we can offer our clients a truly ‘one stop’ service.


Over the last few years, we have worked on a range of projects in the UK, Europe and further afield, including:


England - initial consultancy services, structure development and drafting of the fractional documentation for luxury resorts and individual properties in Devon, the New Forest, the Cotswolds and the Lake District, including providing fractional administration services


Barbados - promoting and marketing fractional ownership at the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Resort


Whistler, Canada - advising the owner of a luxury ski lodge in the Canadian Rockies, including market research, structure development, usage rights and dealing with negotiations with an exchange company


Brazil - setting up the ownership structure and legal documents for Caponga Beach, a new resort near Forteleza in the North East of the country, including options for assured rental returns for owners


Tuscany, Italy - advising the owner of Casa del Tramonto, a stunning conversion comprising 3 luxury apartments with olive grove and vineyard, including initial feasibility, structure development and sales and marketing


London, Paris & New York - advising a consultancy developing a unique urban fractional product for the sale of luxury properties


East Coast, United States - advising the promoter of a fractional ownership project sourcing vacation properties in Florida and South Carolina for sale to European buyers


Florida, United States - setting up the ownership structure and legal documents for a development comprising 62 condominiums in Orlando


Barbados - advising the developer of a small complex of townhouses at Port St Charles, including ownership structure and usage rights


Alicante and Murcia, Spain - acting for developers in setting up the ownership and management structure for the sale on a fractional basis of apartments and villas, including promoting fractional ownership at La Manga Club Resort
